These Terms of Use apply when you use talentex.com.au (the "website"). The website is run by TalentEx Employment Group Pty Ltd, ABN 16 703 133 297, ACN 703 133 297 ("we", "us" and "our"). Our recruitment service operates as TalentEx Recruitment.

By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our job boards are separate sites with their own terms. When you use AllAutoCareers, the AllAutoCareers Terms of Use apply to that use.

2. Using the website

When you use the website you agree to:

• use it lawfully and respectfully, and not mislead, harass or defraud anyone;
• not copy, scrape or harvest its content or contact details by automated means, or use them to send unsolicited marketing;
• not interfere with the website, probe for weaknesses or try to get around its security; and
• not upload or send anything harmful, such as malware.

3. Information on this website

The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or employment advice, and you should get advice that suits your own situation. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot promise that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.

4. Our recruitment service

Contacting us through the website or by email is free and does not commit either side. We do not start recruitment work for you until we have agreed the terms in writing with you, including any fees. Those terms apply to the recruitment service in addition to these terms.

If you are a candidate, contacting us does not create an employment or agency relationship. We do not promise that you will be put forward for a role, interviewed or hired. We handle your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our job boards

AllAutoCareers and any later job boards we run are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Links from this website to those sites are provided for your convenience.

6. Content and intellectual property

The website, its design, text, logos and the names TalentEx and AllAutoCareers belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and print or share pages for your own, non-commercial business use. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites, such as AllAutoCareers, LinkedIn and government sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and our responsibility

We work to keep the website running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors or interruption. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
